Join Us as a Scheduling Manager!
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week. This position requires to be onsite 5 days a week.
The Scheduling Manager is responsible for development, oversight, and continuous improvement of workforce scheduling processes across assigned facilities, ensuring appropriate staffing coverage, labor optimization, and operational efficiency.
As a Scheduling Manager:
- Oversee scheduling operations.
- Maintain staffing schedules and address coverage gaps.
- Monitor overtime, agency usage, PTO, and call-offs.
- Analyze staffing trends and workforce data.
- Manage scheduling staff and scheduling systems.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and policies.
- Partner with department leaders on workforce planning.
- Produce staffing and productivity reports.
The Scheduling Manager will have the following:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Three years healthcare scheduling or workforce management experience required.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel functions such as pivot tables, formulas, data analysis, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Experience utilizing workforce management, scheduling, payroll, and timekeeping systems such as ADP Workforce Manager, UKG/Kronos, or similar platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with executives, department leaders, managers, frontline staff, Human Resources, and Payroll personnel.
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities with the capability to manage complex staffing challenges, competing priorities, and time-sensitive operational situations.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise, coach, mentor, and develop scheduling staff while promoting accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
- Strong business acumen with an understanding of budgeting, productivity management, workforce planning, and financial stewardship in a healthcare environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, staffing needs, patient census fluctuations, and organizational initiatives in a fast-paced behavioral healthcare setting.

Pay Range
Compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s relevant experience.
$68,000-$80,000
